Holiday Stress Relief
The holidays are near and some of us are stressing out over it. Coming out of a recession has made this holiday year especially stressful. A lot of us are asking ourselves "How am I going to survive these holidays?" The first thing you need to do is take a deep breath. Second, don't overwhelm yourself with the goal of a perfect "Leave it to Beaver" TV show holiday. Reality is that the holidays do not have to be stressful. We will be discussing ways to enjoy the holidays without so much chaos. We will explore ways to redeem our joyous holidays by looking into how we spent past holidays, how we will adjust present holiday routines and how we are going to plan for future holidays. We will never say bah-hum-bug again!
