Margarita is at the senior center from 9:00a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. In July she will be here on the 9th, 16th, 23rd & the 30th. In August she will be here on the 6th, 13th, 20th and the 27th. She will be available for blood pressure checks and she will discuss any questions you may have in regard to your medications or other health concerns.

Free Arthritis/Range of Motion Exercise Class
Do you have arthritis? Osteoporosis? No time for exercise? Low motivation? The Palmer Senior Center has your answer. Motion is lotion. Join us every Tuesday for gentle stretching and range of motion exercises that can be done sitting or standing based on the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program. Class will be led by Rich Bready, a certified personal trainer and Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program instructor and Palmer resident. The worst thing you can do is nothing. There is so charge for this program and all you need to do is show up - no registration is required.

Hearing Aid Checks, Cleanings and Screenings
From 11:00 - 12:00 Debbie Stroetzel, MA CCC-A, Audiologist at Wing Memorial Hospital, will be here at the senior center to check and clean your hearing aids and do hearing screenings or if you have any other requests. You must call the senior center to schedule an appointment. Ms. Stroetzel will be here every second Tuesday of the month at this time.
Massage Therapy
Brenda Thibault, LMT will be here at the senior center on Thursday, July 10 th and 24th and August 14th and 28th to do 10 minute chair massages for only $5.00. All ages welcome. Therapeutic Massage; On-site massage is a revolutionary way of offering the benefits of massage in public spaces. The recipient is seated and fully clothed. The session focuses on the upper body - head, neck, shoulders, back and arms. Massage is an age-old health practice which enhances general well-being in many ways. It helps relieve the common aches, pains, and stresses that are part of daily living, increase range of motion, reduce muscle tension, increase circulation and relaxation. Treat yourself!! You must call the senior center to schedule an appointment.
Manicures
Tuesday, September 9th from 9:30 - 12 noon. Tracy from King's Crown will be here to give manicures for only $5.00. Call the center to make an appointment.
